Returns Policy
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Restocking Fee
A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the item(s) must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return and to provide a tracking number.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within the 14-day return window. You can reach us at returns@abodephile.com. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the item's purchase price minus the restocking fee and original shipping charges (if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
